1. Eligibility for Refund
If you purchase an activation license key and encounter technical issues (such as database sync failures, printer print mismatches) that our support desk cannot resolve via remote AnyDesk sessions within 14 days of purchase, you are eligible for a 100% refund.
2. Refund Processing
Upon approval of your refund request, your license key will be disabled. The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method (Bank account / UPI / Card) within 5 to 7 working days.
